This regulation imlementing Law No. 6092; determines the principles and procedures on the sales of olive, fig, hazelnut, citrus, and fruit plantations owned by foundations. The institution which is responsible of deciding the lands to be sold is the Directorate of Foundations.

This Ministerial Decree validates the rules for provision of public services and amenities in urban areas, except for the city of Minsk. The provisions include greening of urban areas, sanitary cleaning of the territory, i.e. consumer waste collection, sorting and disposal, organization of recreational areas for the population.

For the purposes of this Act there is hereby established an office to be known as the Central Land Record Office which shall be responsible for the administration of the provisions of this Act and be the central repository of copies of all records of customary land holdings.
