Objective of study were to simulate size area of land use change in Phitsanulok province from 2552 to 2560 B.E., and decided agriculture area and forest area, and to be use as a guideline map for formulating the land use and forest conservation, In Phitsanulok province. Geographic Information System couples with CLUE-S model by Logistic Regression and Markov chain model were used to predict of future land use in Phitsanulok province. Under three demand scenarios were developed, including 1) future land uses following current trends (baseline scenario), 2) policy to paddy area increase 5 percent, and 3) policy to paddy area increase 5 percent and protect remaining forest areas in classes 1A and 1B watershed, which, there is forest area increases in every scenarios, although, will have policy specification policy to increase 5 percent paddy area from the trends, When another land uses to be down in every scenario.
