The land reserve is specifically allocated to a 4.98-hectare property known as "BIRA" located in Antsirabe Avaratra, Urban Municipality of Antsirabe I, Vakinakaratra. The document stipulates that the reserved land and any structures thereon may be simultaneously sold by ANALOGH, with a specific set of terms and conditions accompanying the sales contract to outline the rights and responsibilities of the involved parties. Additionally, ANALOGH is required to execute its construction projects within five years from the notification date, failing which the Service of Domains may reclaim the land for the State. The decree is to be registered and published in the official journal of the Republic of Madagascar.
