The present Regualtion lays down provisions relating to the designation of flood areas. In particular, section 3 establishes that the Red River Valley is to be considered as a flood area. The Regulation deals with the following matters: application procedures, flood protection level, application to build, two stage permit subject to condition, floodproofing criteria, floodproofing criteria for dykes, notice of compliance, etc. The text consists of 14 sections.
