This Act amends the Custom and Adopted Laws Act 1971 in section 4 with respect to, among other things, adoption of English common law and equity in Nauru and alteration and adaptation by the Courts of Nauru to take account the circumstances of Nauru or any alterations or adaptations of principles and rules of common law which may have taken place in England.
