The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Land Surveyors Act (S.N.S. 2010, c. 38).
The present Act provides for the orderly carrying out of professional land surveying in the Province of Nova Scotia.
Momi Bay Development Decree (No. 28 of 2010).
This Decree provides for certain dealings in land related to a loan facility and relative mortgages and title in native land for the development of a coastal area. The Decree seeks to protect funds advanced by the Fiji National Provident Fund by providing for accelerated transfer of title and relative registration by the Land Registrar. Land involved in these dealings includes native land covered by a Land Swap Agreement for which the Native land Trust Board holds specified powers.
Agriculture Sector Strategy “A Shared Vision” 2011-2013.
This Strategy envisages a sustainable agriculture that is both feasible and capable of achieving food security, competitive in local and foreign markets through optimal use of resources as part of a comprehensive development. To realize this Vision and achieve the overall goal of improving the lives of farmers, herders and anglers in Palestine, the Ministry of Agriculture developed this Shared Vision Strategy for the Agricultural Sector.
