These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Land Administration Law, the Regulations on Implementation of the Land Administration Law and the Decision of the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Rigidly Enforcing Land Administration, aiming at guaranteeing the implementation of the overall planning on land utilization, bringing into full play the macro-control function of land supply and controlling the total volume of the land used for construction.

Regulation on Protection of Agricultural Land from Pollution.

This Regulation determines which substances are considered pollutants for the agricultural land, their threshold limit values in the soil, measures to prevent the pollution of land and control of pollution of the land, with the goal of agricultural land protection: from degradation and to maintain the condition that makes it favorable habitat for the production of safe food; for the protection of human health; animal and plant life; for undisturbed use and protection of nature and the environment.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure. The scope of inspection shall be to control compliance by land tenant with compulsory legislative requirements related to land tenure with a view of prevention and suppression of unauthorized transactions with land.
