The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Order confers powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government insofar as they relate to (parts) of Acts and Instruments specified in Part 1 or 2 of the Schedule to this Order. The legislation specified concerns various topics including land law, development and planning and water services. Enactments include the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1980 and the Water Services Act, 2007.

This Act concerns the administration of Crown lands, allowing for the granting of Forest Management Licences (or Timber Licences) to a defined series of persons (holders of pulp and paper licences, purchasers of licences at public auctions or by tender, builders and operators of mills for the manufacture of forest products, etc.). Licences may be for all or only certain specified species or products and may have various duration periods. Licencees of one or more timber licences which contain in total more than 100 sq.

Ce décret porte attributions, organisation et fonctionnement du Ministère de l'environnement, de l'habitat et de l'urbanisme, chargé de la mise en oeuvre de la politique de l'Etat dans ces matières. Le décret indique les attributions des diverses Directions techniques qui lui sont directement rattachées, notamment: la Direction de l'environnement, la Direction de l'assainissement et des voies urbaines (DAVU), la Direction de l'urbanisme, la Direction de l'habitat et de la construction, la Direction de l'aménagement du territoire.
