The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Supreme Soviet, for the purpose of speeding-up privatisation, decrees that the objects included into the Annex 1 belong to exclusively to federal property. The objects included into the Annex 2 belong to federal property but some of them can be transferred to the republics within the Russian Federation, territories, regions, autonomous regions, autonomous areas, cities of Moscow and St.Petersburg. The objects of state property included into the Annex 3 must be transferred to the municipal property of cities (except for district towns) and districts (except for city districts).

This Act: grants power to the President of South Africa to establish lake areas by Proclamation; establishes the Lake Areas Development Board for purposes of management of lake areas established under this Act; defines regulation-making powers of the Minister; and provides for other matters relative to the control and management of lake areas and the Board.The object of the Board shall be to control, manage and develop any State land situated within any lake area.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 26 de la Ley Nº 1.151 de 2007 en lo relacionado con el subsidio integral para la adquisición de tierras y establece los procedimientos operativos. El subsidio se otorgará por una sola vez a los campesinos que no sean propietarios de tierras o que la tengan en cantidad insuficiente, que tengan tradición en las labores rurales, que se hallen en condiciones de pobreza y marginalidad o que deriven de la actividad agropecuaria la mayor parte de sus ingresos, y que se postulen libremente para recibirlo de forma individual o colectiva.
