The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Section 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that in recognition of the cultures of the Aboriginal peoples of the Northwest Territories, and in recognition of the significant contributions of Aboriginal persons to the Northwest Territories, and to celebrate and honour those cultures and contributions, June 21 of each year shall be known as "National Aboriginal Day" and shall be observed as a public holiday. Local Land Services Regulation 2014.
This Regulation, consisting of 104 Sections, divided into 13 Parts and completed by two Schedules aims at Local Land Services is to make and levy the following rates for each year: a) a general rate on all rateable land, b) an animal health rate. The rates may be made in the previous year but must be made by 31 March of the year to which they relate. Under clause 25, the Minister may extend the time within which the rates may be made.
Landlord and Tenant Regulation 2015.
This Regulation, consisting of 8 sections completed by two Schedules, implements the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1948 by providing specifications on the prescribed forms, prescribed statutory declarations and prescribed fees. The schedules contain forms for statement by lessee and fees.

Town and Country Planning (Schemes of Delegation and Local Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (S.S.I. 433 of 2008).
These Regulations make provision in connection with the preparation and content of schemes of delegation and the procedure for reviews under section 43A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997. Section 43A requires a planning authority to prepare a scheme of delegation by which applications for planning permission and for consent, agreement or approval required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission are to be determined by an appointed person.
