The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Ordonnance fixant le tarif des émoluments et des frais de procédure dans le domaine de l’aménagement du territoire et des constructions.
La présente ordonnance met, entre autres, en exécution la loi fédérale du 22 juin 1979 sur l’aménagement du territoire; la loi du 2 décembre 2008 sur l’aménagement du territoire et les constructions (LATeC). Notamment, l’ordonnance fixe le tarif des émoluments et des frais de procédure dans le domaine de l’aménagement du territoire et des constructions.
Town and Country Planning (Negril and Green Island Area Local Planning Authority) (Validation and Integrity) Act, 2010 (No. 29 of 2010).
This Act makes provision for the validation of development in the Negril and Green Island Area provisionally authorized by the Negril and Green Island Area Local Planning Authority in accordance with sections 5, 7 and 10 of the Town and Country Planning Act and pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Negril and Green Island Area) Provisional Development Order, 1981. The Act also makes a consequential amendment to General Notice No. 215 of 2005.
Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2009 (S.I. No. 1996 of 2009).
These Rules amend the Land Registration Rules 2003 in relation with overseas companies and by providing an additional form of execution for limited liability partnerships consequent upon the coming into force of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009.

Landfill Tax (Prescribed Landfill Site Activities) Order 2009 (S.I. No. 1929 of 2009).
This Order prescribes certain activities which take place on a landfill site for the purposes of section 65A of the Finance Act 1996 so that the prescribed activities will be treated as disposals and will be subject to landfill tax.
