La presente Orden dicta instrucciones para la venta de terrenos o fincas rústicos, disponiendo que toda finca rústica que no haya cumplido taxativamente con las estipulaciones de la adjudicación directa, no podrá ser vendida a terceros sin la previa autorización de la presidencia del gobierno tramitada a través del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Desarrollo Rural.

The priorities of regional land policy shall be: (a) state regulation for ensuring conservation of valuable land, agricultural land and land of protected areas; (b) realization of the land right of citizens; (c) application of land tenure ensuring ecosystem preservation; (d) conservation of agricultural land as the basis of agricultural production; and (e) conservation of traditional forms of Cossack land tenure (art. 1).

This Act amends the National Land Code Act, 1965.Amendments include: insertion of new definitions in section 5; minor word changes and minor changes in the provisions in sections 5b, 14, 62, 80, 81, 92d, 124, 136, 140, 141, 141a, 142, 147, 204g, 254, 264a, 375, 399, 412, 426, 429a and 429b; insertion of a new Part One (C) on modifications to facilitate the implementation of the electronic land administration system; insertion of a new section 143a on powers of the State Authority in relation to applications for the partition of land subject to the agriculture category; and minor changes to

Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment to some categories of citizens of public or municipal land plots in ownership free of charge shall be performed once only”.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal property shall be allotted to natural and legal persons in accordance with Land Code of the Russian Federation”.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of land relations shall publish in mass media and on its official web-site information on availability of land plots and terms and conditions of purchase thereof”.

Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Local government shall have preferential right of purchase of plots of agricultural land at face value except for cases of expropriation thereof for public or municipal needs”.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de ejecución del Plan para la recuperación de la productividad de suelos del Ministerio de Agricultura, que está integrado por los programas de fertilización fosfatada, de enmiendas y de praderas cuyo ámbito de aplicación territorial comprenderá desde la V a la XII Regiones del país, incluyendo la Región Metropolitana.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law establishes the list of mass media authorized to publish communications (information) related to transactions with land plots and land shares of agricultural land”.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of re-distribution of highly productive agricultural land related to the reduction of drained and irrigated land, arable land and declassification thereof. Reduction of highly productive agricultural land areas shall be authorized exclusively because of natural disasters, hazardous environmental impact and breakage of drainage and irrigation systems.

Le présent Arrêté crée un Comité conjoint de Coordination (CCC) chargé de la mise en œuvre du Projet de renforcement des capacités pour le contrôle de la dégradation des terres et la promotion de leur valorisation dans les zones de sols dégradés, dénommé «projet CODEVAL».

Ce dahir fixe les modalités d'indemnisation applicables aux procédures d'expropriation prononcées conformément au Dahir nº 1-69-27 déclarant d'utilité publique l'aménagement des structures foncières et la création de lotissements agricoles dans les périmètres d'irrigation et instituant une procédure spéciale d'expropriation pour les terrains nécessaires à cet effet.
