Le présent arrêté vise à: 1° réduire la pollution des eaux provoquée ou induite par le nitrate à partir de sources agricoles; 2° prévenir toute nouvelle pollution de ce type; 3° favoriser une gestion durable de l'azote et de l'humus des sols en agriculture.

The President of the Committee orders : 1). To carry out legalisation of the documents certifying the right of ownership of the plots of land belonging to physical persons, including members of gardening associations, in strict accordance with the legislation currently in force. 2). To prohibit to the territorial (local) branches of the Committee to request from citizens documentation not pertaining to the procedure of legalisation of their right to previously allotted plots of land.

This Act: confers powers upon the President of Kenya to grant title or other rights in Government lands; provides for the appointment of a Commissioner of Lands and such other officers as may be necessary for the administration of this Act; and defines procedures and other requirements such as registration in respect to grant of title or other rights in Government land.The Act consists of 146 sections divided into 11 Parts.The President may make grants or dispositions of any estates, interests or rights in or over unalienated Government land in accordance with section 3.

La présente loi détermine le régime de constatation, de détention, d'utilisation et d'exploitation des espaces fonciers du domaine rural des personnes publiques et privées. L'Etat détient les terres du domaine rural, et en assure l útilisation et la mise en valeur. Las presentes disposiciones tienen por objeto la reglamentación de la Ley Nº 20.412, la cual introdujo un sistema de incentivos para contribuir a la sustentabilidad agroambiental del recurso suelo, con el fin de asegurar la recuperación del potencial productivo de los suelos agropecuarios degradados y la mantención de los niveles de mejoramiento alcanzados. El Ministerio de Agricultura será el encargado a través de la Subsecretaria de Agricultura de realizar la coordinación general del programa, evaluara su ejecución y propondrá las mejoras que correspondan.
