This Decision of the Prime Minister concerns so-called PAM forests, i.e. forests planted with the World Food Program aid capital. It outlines principles of management and use of such forests and lays down conditions for PAM forest owners. It also outlines rights and duties of Pam forest owners in specified regions and as regards certain forest areas.

Permits shall be obtained in accordance with a procedural scheme adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture. However acquisition of land for certain (agricultural) purposes is exempted from such requirement. If such is the case the acquirer shall submit a self declaration drawn up in accordance with a scheme adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture.

Land owned by the State which is not burdened with "disposal rights" and which is classified according to master plans of villages nominated for rural development, shall be sold to the farmers excluding the application of provisions of the Law on the sale and Lease of State Properties (No. 32 of 1986). Agricultural contracts shall be revoked and rights on land extinguished.

This Regulation provides for compensations in kind, i.e. other land, for the alienation of agricultural land. It provides criteria for the calculation of compensation and prohibits compensation for the certain types of land. If the owner of the land does not wish a compensation in kind or compensation in kind results difficult, then the Committee established by Resolution No.

Transfer of real estate which is owned by Iraqi citizens who departed from Iraq shall be prevented in all cases. Private or general bail shall not be accepted for the transformation of property covered by the present Resolution. (4 sections)

Transfer of real estate within the boundaries of the Master Plan for Baghdad or the boundaries of the main master plans of Aqdiyas and Nahiyas attached to the Baghdad Governate of a certain type shall not be registered unless the person to whom the property is transferred was recorded in the 1957 census or any previous census in one of the regions mentioned or regions attached to the Baghdad Go

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment formulates rules relative to the collection, use and storage of animal manure. These rules aim at preventing pollution of soil, air, and surface water and groundwater and at enhancing plant production. Section 5 contains standards for the spreading of manure based on GDE which is an animal manure unit.

This Decree makes further provision for assessment on the environment, natural resources, and public health of operations covered by Act relative to planning and construction. Operations listed in Annex I shall always be accompanied by an impact assessment. Section 4 lists criteria for the application of the impact assessment requirement on operations listed in Annex II.
