This Order makes provision for the publication applications for planning permission made under article 9 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. Any representation in respect of a planning application must be provided to the Minister within a specified period of time.

This Scheme provides that the Scottish Ministers may make grants to crofters and to certain other occupiers of land in the crofting counties: (a) in respect of specified operations carried out by them for the purpose of aiding and developing agricultural production on crofts or holdings; and (b) in respect of the expenses of providing cattle grids.
This Order: (a) amends the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 in provisions concerning rent reviews, succession, end of tenancy compensation, arbitration under the Act and the application of the Act to new tenancies; and (b) amends the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 with respect to notice periods under that Act.
These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Single Payment Scheme for farmers enacted by force of Community legislation.
