This Act creates a National Consumer Council to replace the existing consumer protection bodies and in general makes provision for the protection of customers in relation to utility supply and other specified contracts.
These Regulations contain procedural provisions in connection with certain reports submitted by Natural England to the Secretary of State under section 51 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 relative to reporting on accessibility of the public to coastal areas.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross Compliance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 in the requirements associated with Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition (GAEC) regarding irrigation authorisations, undergrazing, field boundaries protection of semi natural habitats and historic monuments.
The Act consists of 125 sections divided into 5 Parts: The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (I); Contaminated Land and Abandoned Mines (II); National Parks (III); Air Quality (IV); Miscellaneous, General and Supplemental Provisions (V).The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency are established as a body corporate.
The Act aims to establish a framework for the protection of surface and groundwater and for planning within the international nature protection areas. The Minister of Environment and Food shall regulate provisions for the international water districts and for each of them, there must be a water level.
This Order provides for procedures connected with planning applications, consultations in relation to planning applications, the determination of planning applications, appeals, local development orders, certificates of lawful use or development, the maintenance of registers of planning applications and related matters.
These Regulations amend the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000. These Rules amend the Rules of the Superior Courts in relation with the resolution of disputes mentioned in the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 and registration of lis pendens and other (relief) proceedings for purposes of the Act. Special summons for relief may be taken out by a mortgagee or mortgagor according to these Rules.
