The text of the present Act is divided into 4 Parts: Part I provides for access to the country side, and in particular for rights of public in relation to access land; Part II provides for public rights of way and road traffic; Part III makes provision with respect to sites of special scientific interest; Part IV makes provision with respect to wildlife; Part V provide for areas of outstanding

In a relevant lease (i.e. in a lease of land granted before 1 September 1974 for a period of not less than one hundred and seventy-five years), any provision which stipulates for payment of a casualty is void; and, accordingly, any such payment which would, but for this subsection, have fallen due on or after the relevant day shall not be exigible.

This Order makes supplementary, incidental or consequential changes to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997, the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 so as to give full effect to the provisions of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006.

These Regulations implement the land-use planning obligations in Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They specify the substances which are hazardous substances for the purposes of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the controlled quantities of those substances.

These Rules amend the Land Registration Rules 2003 in relation with overseas companies and by providing an additional form of execution for limited liability partnerships consequent upon the coming into force of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009.

This Order addresses the need for local council registration providing evidence of land use changes are not in breach with provisions pursuant to the Planning Act, the Act on public roads, the Act on private roads and building, the Environment Protection Act and the Soil Pollution Protection Act.

These Regulations implement, in relation to town and country planning in England, Article 12 of Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances in relation to inclusion of objectives in land-use policies of preventing major accidents and limiting the consequences of such accidents.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status.

These Regulations amend the Conservation (Natural Habitats, c.) Regulations 1994 in relation to Great Britain. They make provision for the adaptation of the planning regime introduced under the Planning Act 2008 for nationally significant infrastructure projects, for the protection of any site protected under Council Directive 92/43/EEC.

These Regulations amend the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 so as to implement Commission Decision 2007/863/EC granting derogation from the limit of livestock manure that can be applied to land each year in Northern Ireland pursuant to Council Directive 91/676/EC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources.
