The Southern African Development Community (SADC) was established as a development coordinating conference (SADCC) in 1980 and transformed into a development community in 1992. It is an inter-governmental organisation whose goal is to promote sustainable and equitable economic growth and socio-economic development through efficient productive systems, deeper co-operation and integration, good governance and durable peace and security among fifteen Southern African Member States.

The project “Strengthened capacity for improved governance of land tenure and natural resources by local government in partnership with Non State Actors in the Central Highlands of Angola” is an initiative funded by the European Union, and implemented by the NGOs World Vision Angola, and Development Workshop, under the leadership of the Ministério da Administração do Território (MAT), and Provincial and Municipal Governments.

Active in Angola since 1989, World Vision Angola is currently undergoing an emergency response to alleviate the deepening food security crisis and save the lives of malnourished children under 5 in South West Angola. 

 

The Southern African Legal Information Institute (SAFLII) is an online repository of legal information from South Africa that aims to promote the rule of law and judicial accountability by publishing legal material for open access in line with the objectives of the global Free Access to Law Movement.

Apresentação.

A Plataforma de Camponeses da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (PC-CPLP) é um espaço de articulação entre as organizações representativas da agricultura familiar e dos pequenos agricultores dos países de língua portuguesa (Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde, Guiné-Bissau, Moçambique, Portugal e São Tomé e Príncipe) que pretende influenciar a agenda política relacionada com a Agricultura Familiar, Soberania Alimentar e Direito Humano à Alimentação Adequada nos níveis nacional, regional (CPLP) e global. 

ACTUAR is a non-profit and non-partisan secular legal person, governed by private law, formed in 2007 in Coimbra, Portugal. ACTUAR aims to contribute towards the fight against poverty and to the promotion of development based on values of solidarity, equity and human rights respect.
