La presente Ley sobre el régimen de propiedad de tierras de Guinea Ecuatorial, establece que se distinguirán las tierras según pertenezcan a particulares y entidades, o formen parte del patrimonio del Estado; estas últimas se dividirán en tierras de dominio publico y tierras de propiedad privada del Estado.

The National Forest Policy of Montenegro is a national sectoral policy whose main objectives are: a) to ensure and improve long-term resistance and productivity of forests and other ecosystems; b) to ensure the maintenance of plant and animal species; c) to ensure sustainable forest administration and sustainable implementation of social, economic and environmental forest functions; d) to ensure the contribution of forests to social and economic development of rural areas; e) to ensure long-term development and competitiveness of wood industry.

This Decree regulates the agrarian reform and the management of natural resources in Indonesia. It shall be a process of sustainable restructuring, monitoring, ownership and exploration of such resources.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. Section 1 establishes that an application under section 23 of the Assessment Act by an owner of land to have all or part of that land classified as a farm must be in the attached form entitled "Application for Farm Classification”. This Decree provides for land use planning and plans; land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement in case of land recovery by the State; land prices and land rent rates; order of, and procedures for land recovery, allocation and lease; issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of house and other assets attached to land, and land use duration extension; and for land development funds.The Decree specifies the contents of land use planning at the national, provincial, district and commune level.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the classification of agricultural land according to degree of erosion risks by water and wind with a view to direct payments. This Regional Law lists categories of citizens that shall have the right of allotment of plots of public or municipal land free of charge within the boundaries of urban areas. The aforesaid plots of land can be allotted to peasant farms for agricultural purposes and farming. Horticulture and gardening. Maximum land area that can be allotted to peasant farm shall be 40 ha, minimum land area shall be 1 ha.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer la estructura organizativa del Órgano Ejecutivo del Estado Plurinacional, así como las atribuciones del Presidente, Vicepresidente y de los Ministros. La norma define define los principios y valores que deben conducir a los servidores públicos, de conformidad a lo establecido en la Constitución Política del Estado.

El presente Decreto incorpora algunas modificaciones al Título III del Reglamento de la Ley del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria, el cual regula el régimen y los procedimientos de distribución de tierras fiscales. El objetivo de estas modificaciones consiste en asegurar una distribución más ágil y expedita de las tierras fiscales disponibles a favor de pueblos y comunidades indígenas, campesinas y originarias sin tierra, o aquellas que las posean insuficientemente.

Dans les conditions prévues par l'article 104 de la loi du 13 août 2004 relative aux libertés et responsabilités locales, sont transférés, à compter du 1er janvier 2009 aux départements dont la liste figure en annexe au présent décret, les services ou parties de services assurant la conduite des procédures d'aménagement foncier en application de la loi du 23 février 2005 relative au développement des territoires ruraux.
