El presente Decreto tiene por objeto el Sistema de Clasificación de Capacidad de Uso de Suelos en todo el país, para los efectos de la aplicabilidad del Programa Sistema de Incentivos para la Sustentabilidad Agroambiental de los Suelos Agropecuarios.

The National Strategy and Action Plan for Gender and Private Sector is a national strategy with a sectoral approach. The timeframe of the Strategy is four years from 2014 to 2017. The overall objective is to overcome disparities among men and women in the private sector, giving particular regard to access of women to entrepreneurship, including the rural sector.

This Law provides for the administration, rights of use and protection of pastures and meadows. Pasture and meadows are every kind of land covered by grass or shrubs which forms part of agricultural land or the forest fund according to the cadastral documentation of 1 August 1991 (and not being classified afterwards) which is used for grazing by livestock (art. 2). Pastures and meadows are classified as State-owned, State-owned made available for general use, and pastures and meadows in private or co-ownership (art. 3).

La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento de Inscripciones del Registro de predios, en aspectos relacionados con la regulación de los requisitos para la inscripción, independización y acumulación de predios rurales.

Land reform is aimed at redistribution of land for the purpose of setting up conditions for equal development of different forms of economic activity on land, creation of multiple economic structure, rational use and protection of land on the territory of the RSFSR. In the course of carrying out land reform citizens, enterprises, organizations, departments, associations and companies are allotted plots of land with legal guarantees in accordance with the modalities established by the Russian legislation currently in force.

This Regulation sets up the Compensation Fund under the Agency for the Restitution and Compensation of Properties (ARCP). The Fund is destined to restitution and compensation purposes according to Law No. 9235 on restitution and compensation of property.

This Order approves the Regulation for the environmental measures to be applied within the Rural Development Plan - RURIS.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la disposición que establece que los notarios se abstendrán de autorizar escrituras públicas de actos jurídicos que impliquen transferencia de dominio de predios rurales ubicados en zonas de desplazamiento, mientras los solicitantes no aporten copia del certificado de libertad y tradición.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

La presente Ley de Reforma Agraria considera la reforma agraria como un proceso integral y un instrumento de transformación de la estructura agraria del país, destinado a sustituir los regímenes de latifundio y minifundio por un sistema justo de propiedad, tenencia y explotación de la tierra, que contribuya al desarrollo social y económico de la Nación.
