The aim of this Regional Act is to minimize abandonment of agricultural lands in the regional territory. To this end it established the Regional Database on Agricultural Lands, which shall include all abandoned lands and pastures available for lease or concession.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for validation of the contents and the attached documentation of the application for transfer to other category of agricultural land, except for land pertaining to the ownership of the Russian Federation”.

By virtue of this Act the Region of Marche recognizes the role of farmers as protectors of biodiversity and the environment. The Act promotes the protection of local traditions in the field of agriculture and aims to prevent the abandonment of agricultural lands and activities.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law regulates certain relations in the sphere of transactions of plots and shares of agricultural land within plenary powers of the regional administration”.

Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Normative monetary valuation of land shall be performed as follows: (a) urban land irrespectively of the purposeful use thereof non less than once in 5-7 years; (b) agricultural land located outside inhabited areas non less than once in 5-7 years, while non-agricultural land – non less than once in 7-10 years”.

This Decree of the Department of Agriculture is based on Chapter 9 of the Land Code. It empowers the County Councils to appoint inspectors for the surveying and inspection of agricultural tenancies. It specifies criteria for appointment and grants powers to the county councils to repeal the appointment if an inspector is not suited for the work.

This Government Regulation provides guidelines on policies and strategies related to national spatial planning.The Government Regulation aims mainly at realizing: harmonization between the environment and biological environment; the unity of the use of land, sea and air; the rational and appropriate utilization of natural resources; etc.The Regulation covers policies and strategies for the development of the space structure and space pattern.

El presente Decreto crea la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio (ART), con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, técnica y financiera, adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.

Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of land out of stock of land subject to redistribution (except for protection forest belts, rice irrigation systems and water abstraction facilities) shall be used by leaseholders for growing forage crops, viticulture, vegetables and fruits, and also for nurseries for agricultural plants with a view of production of seedlings and seeds”.
