Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de que el Gobierno cuente con un mecanismo institucional de procuración de justicia a favor de los pueblos indígenas, el presente Decreto establece el Servicio de Asistencia Jurídica a Pueblos Indígenas y Originarios (SAJPIO) como instancia dependiente del Ministerio de Asuntos Campesinos, Pueblos Indígenas y Originarios. El Servicio se encargará de prestar asistencia jurídica técnica en el proceso de procuración y vigilancia de los derechos colectivos de las comunidades campesinas, pueblos indígenas y originarios del país.

This Act concerns the acquisition of land in the territory of South Australia. The Act defines the procedures for the acquisition of land and related negotiation and compensation. The Act is divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; Proposal to acquire land; Acquisition of land; Negotiation and compensation; Powers of entry and temporary occupation and Miscellaneous.

Native Title (South Australia) Act 1994.

This Act concerns traditional rights to land in South Australia. The Act provides for the registration of native title rights, investigations on native title rights, claims and determinations of native title rights and compensation for acts affecting native title rights.

Validation (Native Title) Act.

This Act validates certain Acts on native title in Northern Territory. The Act consists of 13 sections and divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; Validation of Act attributable to the Territory; Effect of validation of certain past Acts; Effects of validation of certain intermediate period Acts; Extinguishment of native title by previous possession Acts; Effects of previous non-exclusive possession Act on native title; Past grants of title; Other effects of validation; Confirmation of certain rights under section 212 of the Commonwealth Act.

The Federal Law consists of 16 articles. The present Federal Law, in conformity with the Russian Constitution, generally recognized principles and norms of international law and international agreements signed by the Russian Federation, establishes legal grounds for guarantees of the distinctive social, economic and cultural development of indigenous scanty population of the Russian Federation, protection of its primordial habitat, traditional way of life, economic activity and traditional community management.

Native Title (Indigenous Land Use Agreements) Regulations 1999.

These Regulations make provision for the registration of native title agreements as foreseen by the Native Title Act. Three kinds of agreements can be registered: Body Corporate Agreements (reg. 4); Area Agreements (reg. 5); and Alternative Procedure Agreements (reg. 6). The indigenous land use agreement applies to water of land in the Agreement Area.

For these Regulations, a number of common law holders constitute a group of common law holders if they belong to a tribe, clan or family, or a descent, language or other group, recognized as such in accordance with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander traditional laws and customs applying to them. An Aboriginal association is prescribed for section 59 of the Native Title Act 1993 if it is incorporated under the Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act 1976 for the purpose of being the subject of a section 56 or 57 determination.
