This Law, of 120 Sections and Five Annexes, gives definitions and establishes conditions for mining procedures in Israel. Prospecting or digging of mines without a permit is forbidden. The Minister of Development may close certain areas to prospecting or mining.

El presente Decreto introduce reformas a la Ley del Régimen especial de la tierra en propiedad de las asociaciones cooperativas, comunales y comunitarias campesinas, disponiendo que los inmuebles que contengan bosques o tierras de vocación forestal, técnicamente calificados como tales, se transfieren al Estado como áreas naturales protegidas.

Lease is temporary fee-based possession, use and management on contractual basis of land, other natural resources and property necessary to lessee for carrying out autonomously economic and other activity. The document consists of 4 sections that contain 32 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-19) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 20-28) regards lease of enterprises. Section 3 (arts. 29-30) regards lease of property by citizens. Section 4 (arts. 31-32) regards dispute settlement and establishes liability of the subjects of lease relations.

Pomona Village Land Reservation Regulations.

Rules relative to occupation of land in the Pomona Indian Reserve. So long as sufficient land is available any person who is cultivating land in the vicinity and who wishes to occupy a plot of land in the Reserve may do so and may build his house thereon, by the written permission of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys. The Commissioner of Lands and Surveys shall have power to refuse to permit any person to occupy a plot of land in the Reserve, and may, subject to the provisions of rule 10 of these Rules, withdraw any permission which may be given.

Ramonal-Zapote Reserve Regulations.

Rules relative to occupation of land in the Ramonal-Zapote Reserve. So long as sufficient land is available, any person who wishes to occupy not more than twenty acres of land in the Ramonal-Zapote Reserve, for the purpose of growing annual crops, may do so and may build a house thereon, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule hereto. The conditions of occupation vary according to the cultivation or use of land, e.g. sugar-cane, pasturage, permanent crops other than sugar-cane.

This Act prescribes that, unless authorised by a permit issued by the Board of Trustees, no person shall by means of excavation or surface operations search for any object of archaeological or palaeontological interest. Such permit shall, so far as is practicable, be in Form A set out in the Schedule. A permit may specify, in regard to the acts which it authorises, such limitations and conditions as the Board may consider necessary.

This Act prescribes steps necessary for the protection of any protected area or protected place. Defensive measures which involve or may involve danger to the life of any person entering or attempting to enter a protected area or protected place shall be used. No person shall be in the premises of protected areas or places unless in possession of a pass-card or permit issued by an authorized officer.
