Law No. 14/2012 amends Article 2 of the Law No.9693 of 2007 regarding areas of pasture fund that re-enter the agricultural land fund. This inclusion maybe done only for areas newly planted with trees that are part of the long term national programs and policies. Local government entities are responsible for accepting such requests and granting approvals.

The Law lays down rules and procedures for the usage and exploitation of the non-cultivated agricultural lands in order to ensure the economic functioning of the property without infringing on the lawful property rights in the framework of the sustainable rural and agricultural development.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Act of 2 September 1979. Article 1 establishes that the Office of Landscape and Nature is responsible for the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Agricultural Act, unless otherwise determined.

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the enforcement of the federal legislation on rural land law. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following matters: authorities responsible for enforcement of federal provisions, land valuation, sphere of application, proceedings, appeal, entry into force.

De conformidad con el derecho de las naciones y pueblos indígenas originarios campesinos a ser consultados, la presente Ley tiene por objeto convocar al proceso de consulta previa libre e informada a los pueblos indígenas del territorio indígena y Parque Nacional Isiboro Sécure – TIPNIS, así como establecer el contenido de este proceso y sus procedimientos.

Por la presente Resolución se crea el Programa de Inclusión y Desarrollo Rural, cuyo objetivo general consiste en promover el desarrollo productivo con inclusión económica, social, política y cultural de los agricultores familiares, pequeños y medianos productores y comunidades de pueblos originarios del territorio nacional, con equidad de género y generacional.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’ordonnance fédérale du 1er juillet 1998 sur les atteintes portées aux sols. L’article 1er établit les organes d’exécution des dispositions relatives à la protection des sols.

El presente Decreto reglamenta algunas disposiciones de la Ley de colonización de tierras en lo que se refiere a las parcelas afectadas como colonias. En particular el Decreto establece que los propietarios de las fracciones que hayan sido declaradas desafectadas, antes de su enajenación a título oneroso y cualquiera sea la superficie de las mismas, deberán ofrecerlas al Instituto Nacional de Colonización, siguiendo el procedimiento dispuesto por dicho Instituto.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lists the competent local authorities responsible for the enforcement of the federal legislation. The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994 and the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of provisions relating to rural soil and agricultural lease. The text consists of 6 articles.

Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “2. Subsidies shall be allocated for cadastre work in the process of legalization of ownership of peasant farms to the plots of agricultural land.”

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 23 October 1994. Article 1 establishes that the Agricultural and Environmental Office is entrusted with the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law.
