El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a los criterios de calificación de las postulaciones y asignación de los subsidios de vivienda de interés social urbana.

La presente Resolución crea el Comité de Conciliación del Fondo Nacional de Vivienda, como instancia administrativa que actúa como sede de estudio, análisis y formulación de políticas sobre prevención del daño antijurídico y defensa de los intereses de la Entidad.

Item 6 of the Article 97 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “6. Agricultural land shall be allotted: 1) on condition of ownership to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for subsidiary smallholding, gardening and country housing; 2) on condition of private ownership to or in lease to natural and legal persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan for farming, agricultural production, forest growing, scientific research, experimental and educational purposes, subsidiary smallholding, vegetable gardening and stockbreeding purposes.” Article 2 of the Law No.

The present Regulation provides for the enactment of the Public Land Act. The Regulation focuses on three key themes: land management, compliance and enforcement, appeals and dispute resolution. The Regulation applies to provincial land managed by Sustainable Resource Development under the Public Lands Act. The new rules around recreation apply to vacant public land not held under a disposition that offers exclusive use. The Regulation does not apply to parks/wilderness areas (managed by Tourism, Parks and Recreation) or lands managed by Transportation or Infrastructure.

These Regulations reserved lands as a lay or common for the pasturage of animals. The number and kind of animals that may be pastured at any time on any of the lands by any individual owner shall be determined by the Council Committee. The Chief Agricultural and Natural Resources Officer may at his or her discretion order any animal that is aged or unsuitable for breeding to be removed from the lands or diseased animals to be treated.

This Ordinance empowers the Governor in Council to regulate various aspects of pasturage including reservation of land owned or leased by Government for the pasturage of animals subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed. The Council Committee shall be responsible for the carrying out of this Ordinance and Regulations made thereunder. The Ordinance also provides rules relative to impounding and marking of animals and provides that moneys raised under this Ordinance shall be paid into a fund called the Animal Husbandry Fund.

La présente loi a pour objectifs affichés de faire de l'alimentation la priorité de l'agriculture et de la pêche à travers une politique globale de l'alimentation, de renforcer la compétitivité de l'agriculture et de contribuer à la stabilisation du revenu des agriculteurs, notamment par la conclusion de contrats écrits avec les acheteurs et une meilleure couverture des risques. Le rôle des interprofessions agricoles est consolidé et il en est de même de celui des organisations de producteurs.

La présente ordonnance a pour objet de renforcer, en les adaptant aux départements et collectivités d'outre-mer concernés, les mesures de la loi de modernisation de l'agriculture et de la pêche relatives à la lutte contre la régression des terres agricoles.

La presente Ley se aplica a todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que, por sí o por interpósita persona, posean tierras rurales, sea para usos o producciones agropecuarias, forestales, turísticas u otros usos, en el territorio de la República Argentina.

La presente Resolución modifica los artículos 2°, 5°, 10, 16, 56, 57 y 74 de la Ley Nº 1.863, la cual establece el Estatuto Agrario. Las enmiendas tienen por objeto la definición de reforma agraria y desarrollo rural, la determinación de la superficie agrológicamente útil y de los inmuebles y áreas no afectables, así como de los beneficiarios de la Ley.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the common agricultural policy, in particular to authorities being responsible for the enforcement of common directives.

La presente Ley establece el régimen relativo al Catastro Territorial de la Provincia de Misiones, el cual reúne, ordena, verifica y registra datos relativos a los objetos territoriales legales existentes en la Provincia. La Ley establece disposiciones detalladas en materia de registro parcelario.
