El presente Decreto aporta algunas enmiendas al Reglamento de la Ley Nº 20.412, la cual establece un sistema de incentivos para la sustentabilidad agroambiental de los suelos agropecuarios. Entre las principales modificaciones cabe destacar la que se refiere a los valores a tener en cuenta para que los suelos agropecuarios sean considerados deficitarios.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación del Registro Interactivo de Propiedades Públicas con Oportunidad de Desarrollo Económico o Conservación y Protección, con el fin de asegurar la mejor utilización de la propiedad pública y fomentar el desarrollo económico, urbano y social. El artículo 6º prevé la elaboración de un Plan Estratégico de Acción para cada propiedad de la Compañía de Fomento Industrial, la Administración de Terrenos y la Autoridad de Tierras.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution, entre autres, l’ordonnance fédérale du 1er juillet 1998 sur les atteintes portées aux sols (OSol). Notamment, l’ordonnance fixe l'organisation et les compétences des services de l'administration dans le domaine de la protection des sols contre les atteintes. Le texte comprend 15 articles répartis en 4 sections comme suit: Dispositions générales (1er); Atteintes chimiques et biologiques (2); Atteintes physiques (3); Dispositions finales (4).

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las acciones, normas y procedimientos para la prevención y lucha contra incendios en áreas rurales y forestales, tanto en bosques nativos como de cultivo, en el territorio de la Provincia de Jujuy. En este marco, la Ley prevé la elaboración del Mapa de Zonificación y del Plan Anual de Prevención y Lucha contra Incendios en Areas Rurales y Forestales; asimismo crea el Fondo de Prevención de Incendios.

El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto dar a conocer los Lineamientos del Proyecto Transversal Trópico Húmedo 2011, cuya finalidad es la de impulsar y fomentar la inversión privada y social en las zonas del trópico húmedo y subhúmedo del territorio nacional, a través del otorgamiento de apoyos a cultivos y actividades elegibles con potencial y mercado.

The President establishes that the grounds for initiation of legal and administrative proceedings shall be the following facts: (a) violation of terms and conditions of land lease contracts and, in particular, non-purposeful use of agricultural land; (b) sowing of plant species non-envisaged by contract; (c) unsustainable management of agricultural land; (d) systematic (for three years) non-compliance with the contractual terms regarding supply by farmers of agricultural commodities to purchasing organizations; and (e) bankruptcy of farming enterprise.

The purpose of this Law shall be to regulate of the relations originating from the application of mortgage of immovable property. Mortgage shall be classified in two types: (a) mortgage by contract (contractual mortgage); and (b) mortgage by law (legislative mortgage). Mortgage shall be applicable to the right of hereditary lifelong possession of the plots of agricultural land for farming and to the right of lease of plots of land (Art. 6). Lessee shall have the right to transfer land lease rights without lessor’s consent only in cases envisaged by law (Art. 54).

This Order establishes criteria for valuation of agricultural land by State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre with the consideration of data recorded in state land cadastre and other registration authorities, including valuation of irrigation and drainage systems located on agricultural land. The purpose of valuation shall be to determine standard cost of agricultural land. Agricultural land shall be valued by quality and location independently from its real use in tillage or for fodder production. Land evaluation shall be calculated per 1 ha.

La présente loi réglemente le droit foncier rural et le bail à ferme agricole.

The present Ordinance implements the Law on improvement of soil and agricultural buildings (Soil Improvement Law) of 2 May 1988. Article 1 establishes that the Department of Internal Affairs and Economics and the Agriculture Office are the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Law. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competence and coordination (I); Proceedings (II); Contributions by the Canton (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).

Item 5 of the Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum land area of the plots of land allotted in ownership or granted in accordance with other rights to citizens carrying out subsidiary small-holding shall not exceed 0,5 ha. Maximum land area can de extended by regional authorities but shall not exceed fivefold with reference to the original area of 0,5 ha.”
