La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento de Inscripciones del Registro de predios, en aspectos relacionados con la regulación de los requisitos para la inscripción, independización y acumulación de predios rurales.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of compensation of losses of agricultural production due to expropriation of agricultural land for purpose not connected with agriculture and forestry offsetting investments, made by legal or natural persons to whom was re-allotted expropriated land, for land reclamation in case of damages to fertile layer of soil. Amount of compensation shall be established shall be calculated as the difference between the cost of losses and the cost of investment for land reclamation.

This Regional Law establishes that plots of agricultural land within the boundaries of inhabited areas and destined for agricultural production, free of constructions and edifices, allotted on lease on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure as a result of renewal of lease contract or renewal of the right of hereditary possession of such land with the right of lease can be purchased in ownership by lease holder at the cost of 15 percent of cadastre value of such plots of land.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la disposición que establece que los notarios se abstendrán de autorizar escrituras públicas de actos jurídicos que impliquen transferencia de dominio de predios rurales ubicados en zonas de desplazamiento, mientras los solicitantes no aporten copia del certificado de libertad y tradición.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

La presente Ley de Reforma Agraria considera la reforma agraria como un proceso integral y un instrumento de transformación de la estructura agraria del país, destinado a sustituir los regímenes de latifundio y minifundio por un sistema justo de propiedad, tenencia y explotación de la tierra, que contribuya al desarrollo social y económico de la Nación.

La presente Ley de Reforma Agraria tiene como finalidad la transformación de la estructura agraria del país y la facilitación de su desarrollo económico y social, mediante la sustitución del régimen de latifundio y minifundio por un sistema justo de propiedad, tenencia y explotación de la tierra.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that land shall be classified by categories according to Land Code. The classification shall be as follows: (a) arable land; (b) long-fallow land; (c) land under perennial cover; (d) meadow land; (d) forest land; (e) land under plantations and shrubbery not pertaining to forest estate; (f) marsh land; (g) urban land; (h) land of waterbodies; (j) disturbed land; (k) unused land; and (l) unclassified land. Classification of land by categories shall be the primary task of the state land cadastre.

The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

La presente Ley establece el procedimiento a seguir para la expropiación de fondos por razones de utilidad pública. Las presentes disposiciones especifican los sujetos de la relación expropiatoria y cuáles son los objetos expropiables, tanto del dominio público como privado. La Ley regula con detalle el procedimiento administrativo y la determinación de la indemnización a ser correspondida.
