This amendment of the Land Law 1987, establishes that the owner of a dwelling may, under specified conditions and subject to specified provisions, install on the roof of his dwelling a boiler for the heating of water by the sun (section 59A). Section 59B establishes that the owner of a dwelling may be disconnected from the central water or room heating system under specified conditions.

The objective of this Law, which includes 30 articles and 5 provisional articles, is to establish and define the tasks of the General Directorate of Land Reform under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Main tasks of the Department are: 1. Research and survey activities to determine the priorities of implementation and propose the areas where land reform shall be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture. 2. Distribute or lease Government lands to landless farmers and equip, support, train and organize these farmers. 3.

The objective of this Law, which includes 28 articles and 3 provisional articles in 3 sections, is to make provision for the following matters: (1) Productive cultivation of the land and increase employment in these areas; (2) Distribution of land to landless farmers or farmers with insufficient land; support and training to farmers; (3) Small land integration for productive cultivation; (4) Creation of new settlement locations and enlargement of existing settlement areas; (5) When necessary, rearrangement of land for other purposes.

The purpose of this Law is to establish the procedures concerning the establishment, organization, duties and jurisdiction of the General Directorate for Rural Services under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Affairs. It consists of 5 sections defining the duty of this institution entitled to carry out agricultural and environmental programmes (including land use planning, water uses, irrigation, quality standards for drinking water, etc.) within Turkish territory.

This Regulation sets forth basic procedures and rules for implementation of Law No. 3083 of 1984.

This Law amends Environmental Planning Law No. 52/91. It consists of 7 articles establishing the competent authorities entitled to issue a financial assistance to rural lands included.

This text is to amend the title of the principal Law, under section 1, as "Ports and Railways Authority Law". Section 3 of this text amends section 4 of the principal law, as concern functions of the Authority and development, such as planning, construction, development, management, maintenance and operation of ports. Section 20 makes provision as for human resources, as concerns the agreement to transfer railway employees to the Authority and Labor Agreement. Section 22, amending section 21 of the principal Law, concerns fees, transportation of goods and persons.

This Law allows a person empowered in writing to enter public land in order to examine the possession or use thereof and the right of the possessor or user to use it. Under sections 4 a person empowered may require information not in his possession relating to the public land by requesting the possessor or user to deliver the information. In case of unlawful public land occupation and under ascertainment the unlawful occupier may be requested to relinquish and such an order may be treated as a judgment for ejection.

This Law is about an additional fee to be paid by any person liable to pay land transfer fee to go to local authorities (section 2). The Treasury (sec.4) collects the additional fee. Section 5 establishes apportionment of the additional fee among a number of local authorities.

This Law establishes the power of the Ministry of Justice and the Minister of Religious Affairs to make regulations as to land transactions for the purpose of observing the Sabbatical year. Such regulations shall apply notwithstanding anything provided in the Land Law 1969 or in any other law.

The amendment of section 110 of the principal Law refers to reserved land. Section 2 which is an addition to section 135 allows to amend registration of area or boundaries, under specified conditions. Section 4 amends section 168 of the principal Law as concerns registration of an area or boundaries of unsettled land. Section 5 establishes validation of acts as concerns the registration of the boundaries or area of an unsettled land.

This Order, of 6 Parts and 18 sections, makes provision for the prevention of sand from eroding agricultural land and to enable cultivation of land that was eroded by sand. Part I, Preface. Section 3 defines the target of this Order.
