These Rules amend the Land Disputes Tribunals (Forms and Procedure) Rules, 1993 by deleting the Second Schedule and substituting a new Schedule which lists fees for purposes of the Land Disputes Tribunal Act, 1990.

The purpose of these Regulations is to stabilize and improve the contracted management system of rural land, and effectively protect the rights and interests of farmers', and promote the development of agriculture, rural economy and rural social stability.
This Act, consisting of three Parts and one Schedule, regulates the Tribunal, as the independent body mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(f) of the Native Title Act, which may hear and make recommendations about objections mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(d) of that Act. The following are parties to a proceeding: (a) the claimant or body corporate mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(d) of the Native Title Act; (b) the person mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(e)(ii) of the Native Title Act.
This Act amends the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act, 2003 by inserting two new sections 10A and 10B providing for dispute redressal in respect of lands having an extent of not more than two hectares and for the constitution of the Ecologically Fragile Land Claim Dispute Redressal Committee.

Le présent arrêté met en exécution l’article 15 de la foi fédérale sur l’expropriation du 20 mai 1930. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que les tribunaux d'expropriation constitués conformément à la législation cantonale en la matière sont compétents pour statuer sur les indemnités réclamées en vertu de l'article 15, deuxième alinéa, de la loi fédérale sur l'expropriation. En outre, le Département de la justice, de la police et des affaires militaires est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté qui entre immédiatement en vigueur. Le texte comprend 2 articles.
