El presente Acuerdo actualiza los criterios que establecen la extensión máxima de la Unidad Agrícola Familiar, que derivará de la evaluación técnica y financiera del proyecto productivo formulado por los campesinos para acceder al subsidio de adquisición de tierras rurales.
The aim of this Law is to settle disputes concerning rural land contract management in a timely and just manner, to ensure farmers' rights and promote rural economy and social stability.The law sets out principles related to the use of mediation or arbitration for the settlement of land disputes. When a dispute arises, the parties concerned can reach a compromise on their own, or resort to a village committee or local government for mediation.
This Act provides for the recognition of the condominium form of ownership of real property and establishes rules for the creation, sale, and operation of condominiums, and for related purposes. It seeks to protect condominium ownership rights and define the legal relationship among the various parties involved in condominium development and ownership. The Act also establishes a set of guidelines by which owners make collective decisions and resolve conflicts.
This Decree, approving the institutional Consulting Forum on Land, regulates the Forum, entitled to give advice on land, land access and land use management. The representation of this institution is composed by governmental institutions, civil society organizations, groups of interest, local community for the management and administration of land. It is composed of 9 articles establishing the terms and conditions under which this forum should act as a governmental entity on land sector.

El presente Decreto dispone que el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA) administre en nombre del Estado las tierras baldías de propiedad nacional, y en virtud de esa atribución pueda adjudicarlas, celebrar contratos, constituir reservas y adelantar colonizaciones sobre ellas, conforme a las normas de la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, las contenidas en otras disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes, y los reglamentos que expida la Junta Directiva del INCORA.
The purposes of this Act, consisting of 12 Parts, are as follows: (a) to provide land rights for Aboriginal persons in New South Wales, (b) to provide for representative Aboriginal Land Councils in New South Wales, (c) to vest land in those Councils, (d) to provide for the acquisition of land, and the management of land and other assets and investments, by or for those Councils and the allocation of funds to and by those Councils, (e) to provide for the provision of community benefit schemes by or on behalf of those Councils.
El presente Decreto atribuye al denominado “saneamiento interno” la calidad de instrumento de conciliación y resolución de conflictos que puedan surgir dentro de las colonias y comunidades campesinas, indígenas y originarias, a fin de reconocer los acuerdos internos a los que lleguen sus miembros con la participación de sus autoridades naturales y originarias, aplicando normas propias, usos y costumbres, siempre y cuando no vulneren la normativa vigente y no afecten derechos legítimos de terceros. The purpose of this Act is to establish the Specific Claims Tribunal, the mandate of which is to decide issues of validity and compensation relating to specific claims of First Nations. In particular, the Tribunal is responsible for holding hearings to decide the validity of specific claims and any compensation arising from those claims. The text - consisting of 43 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: rules of the Tribunal, Advisory Committee, costs, powers of the Tribunal, specific claims, extended meaning of Crown, exceptions, hearing and decisions.
This Regulation implements provisions of the Oromia Regional Rural Land Administration and Use Proclamation with respect to the rights and obligations of rural land administration and use in transparent and responsible manner.
