This Decree establishes the modalities of valuation of the plots of land recorded in the state land cadastre and access to information therein. The register of land prices is an integral part of the state land cadastre and contains data regarding the price of the plots of land fixed at the moment of transaction.

The Decree establishes that cadastre number of a plot of land shall be composed of 18 figures of which the first 10 figures shall correspond to the administrative and territorial unit on the territory of which the plot of lands is located and the registration date, the 11th and the 12th figures correspond to the number of cadastral block, and the figures 13 to 18 indicate the number of the plot

Offices are organized on a territorial basis: county and district offices, and sub-branches. Territorial competencies are determined in the annex. Offices deal with land administration in the capacity of representatives of the State. The structural organization of county offices shall be determined in the Regulation of Organization and Operation.

Regulations made under the Strata Titles Act. The 23 regulations are divided into 6 Parts: Preliminary (I); Strata Plans (II); Phased Development (II:01); Transfers in Certain Cases (III); Insurance by Proprietors and Buildings Damaged but not destroyed (IV); Voting by Chargee and Fees (V).

These Regulations amend the Land Survey Regulations by inserting a new table of contents and in regulations, 1, 4, 10, 11, 13, 19, 20 and 21. The amendments mainly concerns methods of measurement and survey, procedures for temporary and final approval of a survey by the Surveyor-General and connection of a survey to the National Co-ordinate System.

Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that for official acts carried out by Geological Service of the Environment, Nature Protection and Geology Office in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern fees shall be charged. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
