These Rules amend the Government Lands (Fees) Rules, 1994 in relation with fees for various official acts done under the Government Lands Act. The fees shall be levied under Part X of the Act.

This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 1, which defines the duties of the Ministry, and in article 2, which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry.

The Order sets regulations on manure use with the purpose of establishing standard animal keeping compounds and storage of such biomass. In Chapter 2 it sets regulations on the establishment of facilities, as well as extensions and modifications thereof for animal husbandry; these shall not be authorized if causing pollution.
Article 1.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum land plot allotted to a citizen in accordance with this Regional Law shall be 0, 06 ha, while maximum land plot area shall be determined in accordance with land-use planning documentation established for municipal unit and city district on which territory it is located”.
