These Regulations establish administrative procedures, in particular: tax and levy to be paid where the holding is 10 Acres or less in extent or over 10 Acres in extent. They provide for: (a) nomination tendered after prescribed period; (b) cancellation of a nomination; (c) second or any subsequent nomination; (d) cancellation and a second or subsequent nomination.
Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Financing of the arrangements for state protection of the objects of cultural heritage shall be performed form funds specified in the part 1 of the Article 13 of the Federal Law “On cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation”.

This Act concerns Communal land. Communal land shall consist of land which, immediately before the 1st of February, 1983, was Tribal Trust Land in terms of the Tribal Trust Act, 1979 (Act No. 6 of 1979), subject to any additions thereto or substractions therefrom made in terms of section 6 of this Act (sect. 3).
These Regulations provide for the authorization of the compulsory acquisition of land within the framework of consent for certain types of nationally significant infrastructure projects. The Regulations set out the procedure and forms to be used when an Order granting development consent authorizes the compulsory acquisition of land.
These Regulations implement Commission Regulation (EC) No 1122/2009, which establishes cross-compliance requirements under Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009. They set out the requirements for farmers claiming subsidy under the single payment scheme. The requirements are set out in Schedule 1. Schedule 2 lists exceptions from those requirements.
