This Order establishes that the Federal Supervision Service on Cultural Heritage shall be entitled with the task of conservation and protection of the objects of cultural heritage of federal significance. Federal Supervision Service on Cultural Heritage shall carry out the following functions: (a) inspection of the objects of cultural heritage; and (b) assessment of the function of the regional executive bodies in relation to conservation and protection of the objects of cultural heritage. In the course of inspections shall be examined the following: (a) legality and substantiation of land allotment documentation and change of status and/or purposeful use of land; (b) legality and substantiation of the issuance of authorization for conservation of the objects of cultural heritage; (c) legality and substantiation of the issuance of authorization for land survey and mapping; and (d) availability of projected boundaries of the areas of cultural heritage.
