The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Article 1 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Applicants for allotment of public and municipal land plots for individual construction and subsidiary smallholding must submit residence certificate for the whole household”.

Regional Law No. 121-ZO "On allotment of land parcels free of charge to some categories of citizens for individual construction and subsidiary smallholding".
This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of public and municipal land parcels free of charge to natural persons for individual housing construction and smallholding to the following categories of citizens: (a) citizens with three or more children under 18 years of age; (b) young families, and single parents of maximum 35 years of age; (c) persons in need of improvement of housing conditions. Allotment of land parcels free of charge to the aforesaid categories shall be performed once-only.
Taxation (Land Transactions) (Jersey) Law 2009.
This Law provides for the taxations of transactions involving rights in land as defined by this Law. It also provides for exemptions, payment of tax, reduction or remission of tax and proceedings for the recovery of tax. The States may, by Regulations, specify transactions to which this Law does not apply.

Deeds Registries (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 34 of 2013).
This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act 1937 in provisions concerning, among other things: the definition of " deeds registry"; the issuing of a certificate of title to replace a lost or destroyed deed; and change of deeds.

El presente Decreto modifica el procedimiento de selección de los beneficiarios de los programas especiales de adquisición de tierras por campesinos de escasos recursos que hubieren sido desplazados del campo por causa de la violencia, deportados de zonas fronterizas o afectados por calamidades públicas naturales.
