This Act provides rules for the micro-financing business in Ethiopia and for the licensing of institutions providing micro-financing. This Regulation of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 75 articles and eight Annexes, establishes maximum levels of pollutants in waste disposal, compulsory treatment and other conditions for the disposal and the conditions and actions related to the design, construction, operation and closure of landfills and treatment after their closure.

This Decree provides for the granting of certificates to persons with rights to use land and own houses and other land-attached assets. Certificates shall be granted for each land lot and the cases eligible for being granted a certificate are outlined in the Decree.The Decree further provides for requirements and procedures for obtaining a certificate and implementation responsibilities of the ministries, Provincial-level People’s Committees and the District-level Natural Resources and Environment Divisions.

The Tea Controller appointed under this Act shall maintain under section 2 registers of estates and a register of smallholdings for purposes of this Act. Section 6 provides for the registration of tea manufacturers. No person shall manufacture made tea except in a registered factory (sect. 9). Section 11A requires tea planters and manufacturers of made tea to observe "required standards" established by the Controller. Section 11 C lists all matters to be taken into consideration by the Controller in determining require standards.
