The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi fédérale sur la protection de l'environnement, du 7 octobre 1983; l'ordonnance sur les atteintes portées aux sols, du 1er juillet 1998 et la loi d'application de la loi fédérale sur la protection de l'environnement, du 2 octobre 1997. Notamment, le règlement est relatif à la protection des sols. L’article 1er établit que le présent règlement a pour but de désigner l'autorité d'exécution en matière d'atteintes portées aux sols et de définir les prestations fournies par le canton sur la base des législations fédérale et cantonale en la matière.

This Act amends the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 in provisions concerning, among other things: the definition of "land surveyor"; application for a certification of registered sectional title; and approval of development schemes.

Regional Law No. 26-RZ “On Civic Chamber”.
This Regional Law establishes that Civic Chamber shall be permanent body with a view of promoting civil society institutions, ensuring public control and cooperation of citizens with state bodies and local government. Its scope shall be protection of rights and duties of citizens, social associations and other non-government bodies (NGOs).
Regional Law No. 425-IV-Z “On Civic Chamber”.
This Regional Law establishes that Civic Chamber must ensure coordination between citizens, social associations, state bodies and local government, promotion of civil society institutions, and consideration of the interests of the population in the process of elaboration and realization of state policy, protection of rights and freedoms of citizens. Civic Chamber shall be set up to ensure open and transparent discussion of the most important problems of social development, promotion of civil society institutions and democratic principles of the functioning of state bodies.
Regional Law No. 100-V-Z amending Regional Law No. 425-IV-Z “On Civic Chamber”.
Article 15.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Civic Chamber shall conduct public hearing on issues related to state and local government jurisdiction in the sphere of socio-economic development”.
