El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Sector Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, en lo relacionado con la cobertura de tasa de interés para los potenciales deudores de crédito pertenecientes a los hogares que resulten beneficiarios del Programa de Promoción de Acceso a la Vivienda de Interés Social “Mi Casa Ya”, a través del Fondo de Reserva para la Estabilización de la Cartera Hipotecaria (FRECH), para faciliter la financiación de vivienda de interés social nueva urbana a los potenciales deudores de crédito pertenecientes a los hogares que resulten beneficiarios

This Regional Law establishes that land price in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contract pertaining to regional ownership or plot of land with undelimited public ownership shall be established by the Regional Government.

The Decision lays down rules and procedures for changing the land resources categories.

This State Standard has been set by Technical Committee (TK 09) on ecology and has been registered by the Decision No. 006 of the Collegium of the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology and Patent. This State Standard is authentic translation of ISO 10381-5:2005 Soil quality -- Sampling -- Part 5: Guidance on the procedure for the investigation of urban and industrial sites with regard to soil contamination. The initial inspection shall be in 2020 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations.

This Decree validates the rates of maximum permissible rates of concentration of oil in land and soil as follows: (a) for urban land, land of subsidiary smallholding cooperatives, forest land, land of public water fund, agricultural land, environmental protection, recreational land and land of historical and cultural heritage 50 mg/kg; and (b) industrial land, transport, communications, energy, defence and other categories of land 100 mg/kg.

The purpose of these Regulations is to rationally develop urban planning and strengthen the management of urban planning. The Regulations consist of 33 Articles divided into 5 Chapters, dealing with: General provisions; preparation and approval of urban planning; development of new urban districts and the rebuilding of the old areas; legal liability and supplementary provisions.The Regulations provide for the procedures of, and requirements for formulation, approval, amendment and implementation of urban and rural planning.

This Act ensures a plan uniting the community’s interests in land use and contributes to protecting the country's environment in order for the society to develop on a sustainable basis in regards to human living conditions and preservation of animal and plant life. Regional and local councils shall publish a statement of their strategy for the region's respective municipality contribution to sustainable development in the 21st century.
