La presente Ley tiene por objeto las modalidades especiales del contrato de compraventa de la cosecha, la regulación de los derechos y obligaciones de las partes relativas al cultivo, recolección y al acceso a las fincas cuyas cosechas se han comprado, junto a la positivización y actualización de la costumbre.

The Act sets regulations concerning cadastral designation and registration. If a cadastral property is registered as a farming property, it will include added agricultural areas as well. The cadastral regulating authority is the Danish Geodata Agency.

La presente Resolución adopta la Guía Metodológica para la Formalización Masiva de la Propiedad Rural por Barrido Predial, como la principal herramienta orientadora y de consulta para los agentes que participan directa o indirectamente en la ejecución de las etapas de los proyectos de formalización masiva en las Zonas de Formalización Masiva declaradas por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

These Rules, made under the Agriculture Act, concern land settlement and land allotment. The Land Development and Settlement Board shall administer: (a) the Tenant Farming Scheme; and (b) the Assisted Ownership Scheme. An application for participation in an approved settlement scheme shall be made in the form specified in the First Schedule to these Rules. Applicants shall meet certain requirements to be able to participate in a scheme. As for the Tenant Farming Scheme, the Board may allot land and grant leases to tenant farmers selected by the Board in accordance with these Rules.

This Act continues the Samoa Trust Estates Corporation. The functions of the Corporation shall include: (a) to control, manage, and develop as trustee for and on behalf of the people of Samoa: (i) the assets of the Corporation vested in it; and (ii) any other assets that the Corporation may have acquired or may acquire, whether real or personal, and (b) to ensure the efficient and prudent agricultural, horticultural, pastoral, industrial, commercial or other development of its lands, assets and other enterprises.

This Notice specifies exemptions for purposes of section 24 of the Land Control Act. Section 24 gives power to the President to, by Notice in the Gazette, exempt: (a) any land or share, or any class of land or share; or (b) any controlled transaction, or any class of controlled transaction; or (c) any person in respect of controlled transactions or some class of controlled transaction, from all or any of the provisions of this Act, or from any prohibition made under section 23 of this Act, on such conditions (if any) as (s)he may think fit to impose.

This Act aims at financing the acquisition by the Government of land estates for division and resale to small landholders, as well as the purchase of the landholding by the agricultural lessee from the landowner, there is hereby established a body corporate to be known as the "Land Bank of the Philippines", which shall have its principal place of business in Manila. The legal existence of the Bank is extended for a period of fifty years from the expiration of its original term on 08 August 2013, renewable for another fifty years.
