The main purposes of this Act, consisting of 32 Sections divided into seven Parts and completed by 13 Schedules, are the following: to revoke reservations over various parcels of land; to revoke Crown grants and a Certificate of Title in relation to some of that land; to repeal the Burrumbeet (Russell Reserve) Land Act 1982; to provide for the revocation of part of the reservation of land at Albert Park and the re-reservation of that land; to provide for entry on and use of reserved land at Argyle Square for the construction and on-going use of a car park beneath that land.

Regional Law No. 552-OZ “On allotment of public or municipal land plots free of charge to citizens with three or more children”.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of once-only allotment of public or municipal land plots free of charge to citizens with three or more children for subsidiary smallholding and horticulture. It shall be applicable to persons having three or more children under 18 years of age and residing on the regional territory. Minimum agricultural land area for once-only free of charge allotment shall be 0,02 – 0,06 ha, and maximum agricultural land area for once-only free of charge allotment shall be 0,1 – 2,5 ha.

This Act does not apply to the registration of rights over land in respect of minerals, petroleum, geothermal energy or geothermal energy resources; or prevent or otherwise affect the system of registration under other Acts of mining, petroleum or geothermal energy rights in respect of land whether Crown, freehold or leasehold.

The Regulations establish that every plan shall be accompanied by a digital electronic record of that plan in a format specified by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys.

Where an application is made for a certificate of title for the whole or part of the land the subject of any existing certificate or certificates of title the Registrar may, if the Registrar thinks fit, instead of creating the certificate of title so applied for, create and register a certificate of title for each lot or location or for any number of lots or locations included in that land.

La presente Ley establece que toda persona que se encuentre ocupando tierras fiscales rurales sin contar para ello con la autorización del organismo de aplicación de la Ley Nº 113 (Régimen de colonización y tierras fiscales) e informe de dicha circunstancia dentro del plazo de cuatro años, tendrá derecho a ser adjudicataria en venta de una unidad de explotación, en las condiciones de los artículos 28 al 33 de la Ley Nº 113, cuando además reúna los siguientes requisitos: a) acreditar que, por un lapso ininterrumpido e inmediatamente anterior a la vigencia de esta ley, no inferior a dos años,
