This Law makes provisions for the financial compensation, or compensation in kind, to persons who had been owners of agricultural lands, pastures, meadows, forests and forest lands, according to definitions in article 1 of this Law and to the persons that are recognized as their legal heirs. The right to compensation in value or in kind with agricultural lands, pastures, meadows, forests and forest land is recognized to ex-owners or their heirs, whose property is registered, or in their absence, when ownership is certified by a decision of the court of the proper district (art. 4).

This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure for the mandatory cadastral land classification and land reclamation on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.Concrete land cadastral classification and land reclamation rules and requirements are also governed by the necessary cadastral culture and cadastral class evaluation of a specific land parcel (fertile land, agricultural land and other).

This Act provides rules for the development of the physical environment and land-use planning in general and provides for control on such development. It establishes the Planning Authority and an Appeals Tribunal and provides for the appointment by the Governor of a Chief Planner. The Authority shall submit to the Minister a National Physical Development Plan.

La susdite loi porte la réglementation relative à l’aménagement général du territoire. Ce dernier doit contribuer notamment à la réalisation des objectifs suivants: l’amélioration des conditions de vie de la population et l’assainissement de l’environnement, l’amélioration de l’habitat et le développement harmonieux des structures urbaines et rurales, la valorisation optimale des ressources économiques, la protection de la nature et la sauvegarde des ressources naturelles, la conservation et le développement du patrimoine culturel national.

Mediante esta Ley se establece el Plan Extraordinario de Regularización del Dominio de Tierras Fiscales en la Provincia de Misiones y se definen las condiciones que deben cumplir las personas físicas y jurídicas para acceder a estos beneficios. Si se trata de predios rurales, las personas físicas comprendidas en el marco del presente régimen pueden acceder a la propiedad de hasta cincuenta hectáreas.

This Ministerial Decree determines the modalities of transfer of plots of land from one category to another, including conversion of land. Land plots shall be classified into the following categories: (a) agricultural land; (b) urban land; (c) industrial land; (d) protected areas; (e) forest land; (f) water fund land; and (g) reserve land. Each plot of land shall pertain to one of the aforesaid categories.

The amendments of the principal Act concern, inter alia, the acquisition of lands which may be used for the purposes indicated in the Act on Agricultural Production Units (188/77), the Reindeer Breeding Act (161/90) and the Rural Activities Act (1295/90) (sects. 8 and 9), use of land for other purposes as indicated in those Acts (sect. 16), Disposition Plans for the land acquired (sect. 19), the determination of such Plans by District Agricultural Offices (sect. 22), land survey (sect. 23), price of the land (sect. 28), terms of loans (sect.

The Act contains amendments relating to rating. The following amendments commenced on 1 January 2009: a) abolished minimum rates, (b) increased the minimum rateable area to 10 hectares, (c) made provision (as a transitional measure) for the making of rates during the 2009 calendar year.

The text consist of 26 sections divided into 4 Parts: Introductory (I); Control of Hill Land (II); Control of Silt and Erosion (III); General (IV).The Governor of a State may declare any area to be hill land for purposes of this Act. Such an area shall be registered and various activities within hill land are prohibited or restricted. Cultivation of short term crops is prohibited and other cultivation restricted. Hill land may be cleared with permission of the Collector as defined in section 2, for purpose of cultivation and for purposes of fighting weeds.

The Food Security Policy is a national instrument with a multi-sectoral approach, whose long-term goal is to significantly improve food security of the population. The goal implies increasing agricultural productivity as well as diversity and sustainable agricultural growth and development.The policy aims to help eliminate hunger, food insecurity and malnutrition.

This Regulation defines the procedure to be followed and the documentation to be submitted to the local commission whenever a correction of the agricultural land ownership title is required. After receiving the request, the local commission contacts the responsible municipality and regional structures and takes a final decision upon the administrative review.

La presente Ley de reforma Agraria garantiza la propiedad de la tierra a todos aquellos que la trabajan productiva y eficientemente (Artículo 1º). Se declaran afecta a la Reforma Agraria: a) Las propiedades ociosas o deficientemente explotadas en manos de personas naturales o jurídicas que sean propietarios de más de 500 manzanas en la Zona A, y más de 1.000 manzanas en la Zona B; b) Las tierras que a la fecha de emisión de la presente Ley estén dadas en arriendo o cedidas bajo cualquier otra modalidad, cuyos propietarios posean más de 500 manzanas en la Zona A.
