This Order establishes competence of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service related to state land survey of agricultural land. State land survey shall be carried out in the form of inspection by the authorized bodies. The purpose of the foresaid inspection shall be the enforcement of land legislation related to land protection and land tenancy. Land cadastre data, land monitoring data and other related information shall be used in the process of carrying out land inspection.

This Regional Law establishes that land price in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contract pertaining to regional ownership or plot of land with undelimited public ownership shall be established by the Regional Government.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las determinantes de ordenamiento del suelo rural y al desarrollo de actuaciones urbanísticas de parcelación y edificación en este tipo de suelo, en aspectos relacionados con las áreas de actividad industrial, el ordenamiento de los corredores viales suburbanos y la información sobre licencias.

The purpose of this Regulation is to determine lands that could be used for other than agricultural purposes when needed and to determine lands of with a potential high level of agricultural production. The Regulation sets forth provisions on cadastre, land registration, actions to be taken for protection of environment, land leveling by determining all vegetative production areas including meadow and pastures, preventive measures for erosion, efficient use of lands, drainage network, land valuation and land parceling, in the field of land consolidation.

The purpose of these Regulations is to stabilize and improve the contracted management system of rural land, and effectively protect the rights and interests of farmers', and promote the development of agriculture, rural economy and rural social stability.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the classification of agricultural land with a view to the erosion hazard caused by water and wind. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application and definition of terms (1); Classification of erosion threat (2); Provisions on classes of erosion hazard for parcels of land (3); Measures to prevent erosion (4); Responsibility for granting exceptions (5); Entry into force, expiry (6).

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of legislative acts under conditions of perpetually frozen soil; (b) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (c) state governance in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles and six Annexes, establishes conditions and method of the use of sediment on agricultural land, way of keeping records on the use of sediment, the limit value of hazardous substances in sediment and in soil, where the sediment will be used, requirements for other physico-chemical and biological properties of sediment and procedures of analysis of sediment and soil, including sampling methods.

The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

These Regulations, made by the Board of the Environment Protection Agency under section 62 of the Environment Protection Agency Act, 2008 as amended by the Environment Protection Agency (Amendment) Act, 2010, provide with respect to environmental protection in mining operations. They shall apply to body corporates and individuals applying for or issued minerals rights under the Mines and Minerals Act 2009.
