Le présent décret précise les conditions dans lesquelles les bassins maritimes ultramarins doivent être gouvernés et les documents stratégiques de bassin maritime élaborés. Il définit le périmètre des bassins maritimes ultramarins et organise la gouvernance de chaque bassin au sein d’un conseil maritime ultramarin.En effet, la stratégie nationale pour la mer et le littoral se décline en outre-mer par des documents stratégiques de bassin maritime.

It also states the importance of sanitation for all, addresses water pollution and international aspects of water.

These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections, establish the requirements and conditions to request and benefit from an authorisation to entry to the Titi Islands and other islands adjacent to Stewart Island mentioned in the deed of cession of Stewart Island dated 29 June 1864. Beneficiaries are Rakiura Maori who hold a succession order from the Maori Land Court entitling him/her to any beneficial interest in any beneficial island. In particular, it deals with the birding season establishing a period commencing on 1 April in any year and ending with 31 May in the same year.

This Act declares all the lands within 100 metres limit of the 1967 shoreline of Nigeria and any other land reclaimed from any lagoon, sea or ocean in or bordering Nigeria or of oceans bordering the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to the exclusion of any right accruing to any body corporate or unincorporate or industry, to vest in the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The Jamaica National Environmental Action Plan (JANEAP) is a national Plan with a multi-sectoral approach. The duration of the Plan is 3 years between 1999 and 2002. The main objective of the Plan is to ensure good environmental planning and management to contribute to the sustainable development.Regarding the biological resources, forestry, watershed management, protected areas and oceans the Plan provides for different actions to be taken. A Fisheries Management Plan and an Ocean and Coastal Zone Policy will be prepared and implemented.
