This Decree provides for land use planning and plans; land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement in case of land recovery by the State; land prices and land rent rates; order of, and procedures for land recovery, allocation and lease; issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of house and other assets attached to land, and land use duration extension; and for land development funds.The Decree specifies the contents of land use planning at the national, provincial, district and commune level.

This Order establishes the modalities and common principles of formation and keeping unified state register of objects of cultural heritage that include parks and gardens located on urban land. Unified state register represents information system including database of the objects of cultural heritage. This Order contains registration form (Annex 1) of the objects of cultural heritage.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plenary powers of the authorized Regional state institution in the sphere of regulation of land relations shall include establishment of modification of authorized use of land plots pertaining to regional public property that are not covered by urban planning regulations or for which urban planning regulations were not established”.

L’élaboration d’une politique nationale de l’habitat et du développement urbain a pour finalité de dégager une démarche et un plan opérationnel à même de réduire progressivement et au coût optimal, l’importance et l’impact des déséquilibres et des dysfonctionnements dans le domaine de l’habitat et de l’urbanisme, voire de les éliminer.

La presente Ley modifica la Ley de formalización de la propiedad informal, acceso al suelo y dotación de servicios básicos, en relación al procedimiento de expropiación de terrenos.

This Act defines national territory planning, town and country planning in compliance with article 186, point (b) and article 187, paragraph 2, point (e) of the Constitution. This Act is divided into 8 chapters establishing classifications and definitions of urban territories (Chap. I). It also establishes that national and municipal construction activities must respect the environment. Chapters II and III deal with legislative planning, building typologies, etc. Chapter IV deals with urban and non-urban soils, defining their use, etc.

Article 1.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum land plot allotted to a citizen in accordance with this Regional Law shall be 0, 06 ha, while maximum land plot area shall be determined in accordance with land-use planning documentation established for municipal unit and city district on which territory it is located”.

This Regional Law lists categories of citizens that shall have the right of allotment of plots of public or municipal land free of charge within the boundaries of urban areas. The aforesaid plots of land can be allotted to peasant farms for agricultural purposes and farming. Horticulture and gardening. Maximum land area that can be allotted to peasant farm shall be 40 ha, minimum land area shall be 1 ha.

This Decree concerns the establishment and functioning of Urban National Parks as foreseen in section 7 of Chapter 4 of the Environmental Code.It requires county councils of counties where there exists an urban national park to prepare a plan for the conservation and development of such park. The county council shall also be responsible for the supervision over the development of the park. There shall be an Urban National Park Council which shall be responsible for areas in the Stockholm region.
