This Law amends some of the provisions part of the Law on state survey and cadastre (Official Gazette 55/2003).Changes are regarding the entry into force and the mandatory repeal of certain previous laws.

Amends: Law on state survey and cadastre. (2003)

This Law regulates the official survey of real estate, real estate cadastre and communal facilities, and records necessary for the correct data collection and additional cadastre registration requirements.This Law further defines all administrative and technical rules governing the agricultural land cadastre on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).The Law is divided into XIII Chapters and 121 articles, including all offences and related penalties.

The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Nature Protection Law of 11 October 1994. Article 1 establishes that the Free State of Saxony grants - under the available budget - financial aid for loss of income caused by significant difficulties to use land. Hardship compensation shall also be granted for damages caused by free living, non-huntable game. The competent authority shall decide upon reasonable discretion taking into account the individual case. The text consists of 4 articles.

Implements: Saxony Nature Protection Law. (2014-05-01)

This Act provides rules relative to sale and other transactions concerning land. It also concerns (statutory) mortgages, easements and selected matters regarding leases. The Act requires contracts for sale etc. to be in writing. All conveyances of land or of any interest therein are void for the purpose of conveying or creating a legal estate unless made by deed. The Act specifies covenants that may be included in a deed. Mortgaged land may be leased by mortgagee or mortgagor for agricultural or mining purposes. As for mortgages the Act specifies procedures for execution.

La presente Ley sobre fraccionamiento rurales del Estado de Zacatecas establece las disposiciones que rigen: 1) los los procedimientos administrativos que se promuevan por los titulares y que se generen con motivo de la tenencia de la tierra en zonas de fraccionamientos; 2) los procedimientos sucesorios que deban tramitarse ante la Dirección de Fraccionamientos con motivo del fallecimiento del titular de un lote; 3) el mejoramiento de la explotación del terreno, atendiendo primordialmente a su vocación productiva; 4) el establecimiento de las servidumbres que deban instituirse en los predio

La presente Ley fija los principios y bases normativas para el procedimiento de expropiación. El artículo 1º enumera las causas de utilidad pública que pueden constituir fundamento para el procedimiento de expropiación.

La presente Ley establece las normas que rigen el funcionamiento del catastro, y los procedimientos para la identificación, registro y valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el territorio del Estado, para fines fiscales, estadísticos, socioeconómicos, jurídicos e históricos; y para la formulación y práctica de planes estatales y municipales de desarrollo. La Ley contempla tanto las zonas rústicas como las zonas urbanas.

This Order applies to land survey notifications in accordance to Farms Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land reclamation by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a licence by statements from licensed surveyors.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). It is compulsory that these companies are registered with a branch office operation.

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The scope of land protection shall be prevention and liquidation of soil pollution, exhaustion, degradation, destruction and damaging of land and soil, and prevention of other negative impact on land and soil, ensuring rational land tenure, including soil rehabilitation of agricultural land and improvement of soil”.

El presente documento establece a nivel nacional el plan de desarrollo humano, que contempla líneas de acción y medidas para erradicar la pobreza, garantizar el respeto de los derechos de las personas a satisfacer sus necesidades básicas (alimento, vivienda, salud, educación y seguridad) y conseguir una vida digna para todos los nicaragüenses. El Plan es de carácter intersectorial y abarca el período comprendido entre el 2012 y el 2016.

Article 31 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In accordance with insurance contract of the liability of the debtor then beneficial owner shall be creditor-pledgee of collateralized mortgage obligation”.
