This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of land plots free of charge in ownership to citizens with three and more children out of stock of public or municipal land. Land plots can be allotted to the aforesaid category of citizens for the following purposes: (a) individual housing construction; (b) suburban housing construction; (c) gardening and horticulture; (d) stockbreeding; and (e) farming.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the strengthening of agricultural competitiveness, the balanced development of the national economy and the preservation of national land based on the stabilization of farmers' agricultural management and the improvement of agricultural productivity through the efficient utilization and management of farmland by prescribing necessary matters for ownership, utilization, preservation, etc. of farmland.

This Order classifies authorized uses of land plots and, in particular, use of agricultural land for plant cultivation, crops, horticulture, gardening, cultivation of medicinal plants, flax, hemp, ranching, stockbreeding, poultry farming, apiculture and fishfarming.

In the whole text of the document shall be added the wording “peasant farm shall perform its activity in the sphere of gardening”.

This Law shall be applicable to immovable property, including land plots and objects located thereupon. It establishes that mortgage shall originate either in accordance with a contract or by court decision. In case of transfer in mortgage of a plot of land with constructions located thereupon the aforesaid plot of land shall be transferred in mortgage together with the aforesaid constructions. Prohibition and restrictions related to expropriation and alienation of land plots established by Land Code shall be applicable also to mortgage.

Article 122 shall be amended to exclude the following wording: “and also transfers agricultural land plots pertaining to public property to registered capital of land bank that is hundred-percent-owned by the state and is not subject to privatization”.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Mutual rights and obligations of pledger and pledgeholder shall originate from the moment of state registration of mortgage in accordance with acting legislation”.

This Law establishes legal, economic and social grounds for land protection with a view of ensuring rational land tenure, soil rehabilitation and improvement, conservation of ecological functions of soil and environmental protection. Object of particular land protection shall be total land cover (soil) within the national boundaries of Ukraine.

This Act amends the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995 so as to make regional governors members of Land Reform Advisory Commission committees. A committee established under subsection (1) of section 9 shall consist of the regional governor for the respective region, who shall be the chairperson of the committee and one or more members of the Commission, designated by the Commission for that purpose, and, if the Commission deems it necessary, one or more other persons not being a member or members of the Commission.

This Act amends the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995 so as to establish the Land Acquisition and Development Fund and to provide for its administration. The Minister may, from moneys available in the Fund, arrange for the undertaking of the development or improvement of land referred to in section 37 of the principal Act by any authority or person, subject to such terms and conditions determined by the Minister in concurrence with the Minister of Finance.

En virtud del presente Decreto se aprueba el reglamento que rige el procedimiento de consulta de las comunidades indígenas, de conformidad con el artículo 6º nº 1 y nº 2 del Convenio Nº 169 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo. El reglamento se aplica a todos los ministerios, intendencias, gobiernos regionales y servicios públicos. El artículo 7º indica qué medidas son susceptibles de afectar directamente a los pueblos indígenas y que, po rende, requieren de su previa consulta según el procedimiento aquí establecido.
