The present Regulation is made under the Assessment Act. Section 1 establishes that an application under section 23(1) of the afore-mentioned Act by an owner of land to have all or part of that land classified as a farm must be in the form entitled "General Application for Farm Classification" set out in Schedule 1. This Decree establishes the modalities of reimbursement to the producers of agricultural commodities of excise tax for diesel fuel used for agricultural activities on land, including cultivated pastures and meadows, calculated as 120 litres of diesel fuel per 1 ha.

La presente Ley del Estado de Durango tiene por finalidad definir la política del Estado para el campo, fortaleciendo el abasto y seguridad agroalimentarias, e impulsando el desarrollo rural en forma sustentable. A tal fin la Ley establece disposiciones para la planeación del desarrollo rural sustentable (Título Segundo), regulando la coordinación y concurrencia en esta materia entre el Gobierno estatal, el Gobierno federal y los Municipios.

This Farmland Law, consisting of XIII Chapters, establishes the requirements for benefitting from the Right for Farming as follows: A person who has the permission of right to use farmland shall have to apply for getting the Land Use Certificate to the Township Land Records Department Office passing it through the relevant Ward or Village Tract Farmland Management Body. With respect to Section 4 of this law, the Office of Township Land Records Department shall scrutinize and submit the cases of right to use farmland to the relevant Township Farmland Management Body.

This Decree establishes the modalities of updating cadastre value of immovable property (revision and re-calculation) subject to application of levies and taxes. Cadastre value of immovable property shall be updated by 1 January of the following year if within 15 October of the previous year was updated cadastre value of urban and rural land, was conducted zoning, due to change of land boundaries as a result of new mapping or due to change or modification of specific purposeful use of land.

These Regulations aim to strengthen land management, protect land resources, utilize lands rationally, protect cultivated lands, improve ecological environment, and promote the sustainable development of social economy.

This Notice, made under section 25 of the Town and Country Planning Act, specifies in the Schedule a local authority that is appointed as a planning authority for a specified area. The functions of the Minister under subsections (1) and (2) of section 25 of the Act relating to the grant or refusal of permission to develop or subdivide land are delegated to the planning authority set out in the Schedule for the area described in the Schedule.

Esta Ley establece disposiciones para el desarrollo, reconocimiento, preservación y defensa de los derechos y cultura de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas. A tal fin la Ley establece que el Estado y los Municipios deban incluir dentro de sus planes y programas de desarrollo a las comunidades indígenas de los pueblos asentados en el territorio estatal. La Ley prevé la participación de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas en la planeación del desarrollo económico. Cabe destacar el Título Cuarto en materia de tierra, territorio y recursos naturales (arts. 74-84).

La presente Ley establece los principios y normas que rigen la expropiación por utilidad pública en el Estado de México. La Ley enumera las causas de utilidad pública que pueden constituir fundamento de un procedimiento de expropiación y establece las bases para el pago de la correspondiente indemnización. Asimismo la Ley regula con detalle el procedimiento a seguir para expropiar una propiedad privada.

Le présent décret, en application des dispositions des articles 22, 39,40 et 48 de la loi 034-2009/AN du 16 juin 2009 portant régime foncier rural, institue au profit des budgets communaux, des recettes perçues à l'occasion des prestations rendues par les Services Fonciers Ruraux ou les bureaux domaniaux au titre.Ces recettes perçues donnent lieu à la délivrance d’une quittance à souche.
