El presente Acuerdo actualiza los criterios que establecen la extensión máxima de la Unidad Agrícola Familiar, que derivará de la evaluación técnica y financiera del proyecto productivo formulado por los campesinos para acceder al subsidio de adquisición de tierras rurales.

This Act provides for State financial support for various measures in the field of agriculture and fisheries, such as organic production, development of less-favoured areas, cooperation between farmers, etc. The Minister may tie investment support to agricultural enterprises of improvement plans to be adopted in accordance with article 1 and may issue rules relative to granting of support. Chapter 2 concerns support to environmentally managed enterprises, whereas Chapter 3 concerns incentives for organic production. Chapters 4 and 5 provide for support to less favoured areas.

The aim of this Law is to settle disputes concerning rural land contract management in a timely and just manner, to ensure farmers' rights and promote rural economy and social stability.The law sets out principles related to the use of mediation or arbitration for the settlement of land disputes. When a dispute arises, the parties concerned can reach a compromise on their own, or resort to a village committee or local government for mediation.

This Act ensures sound and diversified use of agricultural property for agricultural production, sustainable development of agricultural industries and improving the competitiveness of these industries; accommodates development in rural areas requiring these properties to be registered as a farm in Survey and Cadastre Authority's land register.The Act consists of 20 Chapters: Purpose (1); Definitions (2); Planning (3); Listed as farm (4); Termination or cancellation of farm duty (5); Residency requirement, residential buildings, vacant agricultural properties, operations, etc.

The present Ordinance implements the Direct Support Scheme Implementation Ordinance of 4 November 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2778). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to protection of erosion as far as agricultural land is concerned. This Regulation hereby sets the terms and conditions for maintaining the official national map (cadastral and specialized maps) of restituted properties (restore land ownership) and closely related to the agricultural and forest areas (forest land, agricultural land).The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regional Law establishes that price of a plot of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production, without constructions nor edifices thereon, already allotted to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) possession or as lifelong hereditary possession in case of purchase thereof by the aforesaid categories of tenants shall be 15 percent of estimated cadastre value at the date of submittal of application.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of the price of land plots pertaining to regional state ownership and plots of land with undelimited state ownership in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts for such plots of land without tenders and open-ended payment.

The Hungarian State Holding Company (MNV Zrt.) may purchase agricultural land through tendering procedure from land owners (hereinafter: entitled) for the benefit of the State, for a maximum of 20 acres and a minimum of 1 acre per owner of lands in non-urban areas, for a total value of 3 million HUF, and paying for it with a life annuity according to the provisions of this Decree.

This Regulation deals with the measures to be undertaken by the European Community Commission from 2008 to 2013 within the framework of the common agricultural policy, making use of remote-sensing applications.

El presente Decreto atribuye al denominado “saneamiento interno” la calidad de instrumento de conciliación y resolución de conflictos que puedan surgir dentro de las colonias y comunidades campesinas, indígenas y originarias, a fin de reconocer los acuerdos internos a los que lleguen sus miembros con la participación de sus autoridades naturales y originarias, aplicando normas propias, usos y costumbres, siempre y cuando no vulneren la normativa vigente y no afecten derechos legítimos de terceros.
