La presente Ley exime del pago del Impuesto Inmobiliario a los inmuebles rurales y subrurales dedicados a la producción agrícola intensiva bajo riego en actividad, relativamente a los períodos fiscales que se indican. Quienes adhieran al presente régimen deberán acreditar que el predio objeto del Impuesto se mantiene en producción durante los años para los cuales se solicita la eximición.

This Decree aims at conservation and recovery of lands affected by radioactive and chemical contamination which pose a threat to human health and do not meet the sanitary requirements, by withdrawing them from economic circulation and transfer them to the State Reserve Fund for restoration. This Decree states that measures shall be taken against hazardous chemicals used in plant protection and mineral fertilizers in agricultural land as well as industrial and domestic waste water and waste.

These Regulations of the Minister of Lands and Rural Resettlement made under section 39, as read with section 7(a), of the Agricultural Land Settlement Act, concern the conditions and procedures for the issuing of Agricultural Land Settlement Permit. Every permit is issued subject to the terms and conditions specified in these Regulations. The Regulations also set out the rights and obligations of permit holders.

This Law lays down the rules and procedures for examining the validity of agricultural land ownership titles and defines the responsible State authorities as well as their tasks and responsibilities.
