Prime Minister, with a view of rational distribution of agricultural crops with the consideration of soil and climatic conditions, for the purpose of improvement of the structure of areas under crops, decrees to optimize areas under cotton and to set up on freed-up agricultural land areas peasant farms specialized in growing fruits, vegetables, cucurbits crops and grapes.

La présente stratégie s’inscrit dans le cadre de la Convention Internationale sur la Diversité Biologique. Les objectifs de la stratégie sont de deux ordres, l’un de développement dont l’essence est la recherche de la sécurité alimentaire, et l’autre spécifique pour pallier cette recherche de la productivité avec la gestion rationnelle des ressources.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall have preferential rights of purchase of plots of agricultural land at face value except for cases of sale through public tender of expropriation for public or municipal needs”.

Agricultural and Livestock Policy nine general objectives are: Assure basic food security for the nation, and to improve national standards of nutrition by increasing output, quality and availability of food commodities. Increase food crops production through productivity and livestock growth will be encouraged to private sector. Improve standards in the rural areas through increased income generation from agricultural and livestock production, processing and marketing: encouraging exports of cash crops, livestock products and agricultural surpluses.

La presente Ley regula la expropiación pro utilidad pública. La utilidad pública debe servir de fundamento legal a la expropiación, y comprende todos los casos en que se procure la satisfacción del bien común, sea éste de naturaleza material o espiritual. Podrá actuar como expropiante el Estado Provincial; también podrán actuar como tales las Municipalidades, las Entidades Autárquicas Provinciales y las Empresas del Estado Provincial, en tanto estén expresamente facultadas para ello por sus respectivas leyes o leyes especiales.

This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of (i) improvement and classification of agricultural lands, (ii) determination of land and soil resources specified in the Law No. 5403 on Soil Preservation and Land Utilization, (iii) land-use planning in compliance with the sustainable development principle, (iv) determination of erosion-sensitive areas, (v) implementation of soil conservation and land management plans and projects, and (vi) establishment and duties of the Soil Preservation Board.

These Regulations, made under section 272 of the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, establish require certain particulars to be furnished in connection with an offer to sell agricultural land to the State under section 17 of the Act. They also prescribe forms for a certificate of waiver referred to in section 16 of the Act and an application for an option to purchase a farming unit in terms of section 47(2) of the Act.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: ““Owners and tenants, including leaseholders, of land plots must comply with the provisions and requirements in the sphere of ensuring agricultural land fertility”.

Amends: Regional Law No. 53-OZ “On regulation for ensuring agricultural land fertility”. (2005-06-01)

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

These Regulations of the Cabinet Secretary for Land and Physical Planning implement provisions of the Community Land Act, 2016 ("Act") with respect to, among other things, recognition, protection and registration of community land rights, community land management committees, registration of communities, conversion of community land, settlement of disputes relating to community land, conversion of group representatives, a national programme for public education and awareness on provisions of the Act and the rights of communities over community land, and the preparation of Community Rules an

Article 16.1 shall be amended to add a new wording: “Lease contract related to plots of agricultural public or municipal land shall be concluded without tender in case of allotment thereof to Cossack associations for agricultural activities”.

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on the protection of agricultural land. The present Act defines new principles of protection of agricultural land.
